RobinRun

Why RobinRun

Keep the whole ticket.

Four reasons restaurants move their direct orders onto RobinRun — and the honest limits of each one.

1. The commission goes away

On a direct order through RobinRun there is no commission, no per-order fee, and no menu markup. You pay a flat platform fee and standard card processing, and the rest of the ticket stays with you. On a $60 pickup order, a 25% marketplace commission is $15. That difference does not need a spreadsheet to matter.

The limit: this only applies to orders that come to you directly. RobinRun does not send you new customers the way a marketplace does. It makes the customers you already have cheaper to serve.

2. The customer stays yours

Guests order from a page with your name and your food on it, linked from your website and your Instagram bio. Their order history and contact details sit in your account, not behind a marketplace's login. When promotions and loyalty ship, they will run against your own list.

3. One screen instead of four

Dine-in QR orders, pickup orders, and website orders all land in the same live queue, with prep times, ETAs, and one-tap status updates. There is a persistent order alarm that keeps sounding until someone acknowledges it, because the failure mode that actually costs money is a ticket nobody saw.

RobinRun runs alongside the POS you already have rather than replacing it, so switching does not mean retraining your whole front of house.

4. Getting started is a day, not a quarter

We do the menu setup for you — you send us a PDF, a photo of the printed menu, or a link, and we build it. Most restaurants are taking orders the next day. Month to month, cancel anytime, no setup fee.

Who this is not for

If you need a full POS replacement, table management, or inventory and food-cost accounting, RobinRun is not that product yet. If you are a chain with more than a handful of locations, multi-location management is still in build. And if your order volume comes almost entirely from marketplace discovery rather than your own customers, the commission math works differently for you — worth an honest conversation before you sign up.
