RobinRun

About

We built the ordering system we wished restaurants had.

RobinRun is commission-free pickup and dine-in ordering for independent restaurants. One dashboard, your own branded ordering page, and none of the per-order cuts.

Where this came from

Talk to any independent restaurant owner about delivery apps and the conversation lands in the same place within two minutes: the commission. Twenty to thirty percent of a ticket goes out the door, the customer belongs to the marketplace instead of the restaurant, and the only way to stay visible is to pay more. Meanwhile the counter has three tablets on it, each one beeping in a different tone, and nobody is sure which screen is authoritative.

RobinRun started from a narrow question: what if a restaurant's own orders stayed its own? Not a marketplace with better rates — no marketplace at all. Customers order from a page that belongs to the restaurant, linked from its site and its Instagram bio. The restaurant keeps the ticket, the customer's contact details, and the relationship.

What we are today

We are a small team in Mississauga, Ontario. RobinRun handles dine-in QR ordering, pickup ordering, payments, a live kitchen dashboard, kitchen printing, and sales analytics. Promotions, loyalty, and the AI Menu Studio are in build and not live yet — we say so on the marketing page rather than in a footnote.

We are also new. We do not have customer counts or revenue-lift statistics to show you, and we are not going to invent any. What we can do is set your menu up ourselves, put you live in about a day, and let you cancel in a month if it is not working.

How we make money

One flat platform fee. No commission on your orders, no per-order fee, no markup on your menu prices. If a feature only makes money when you sell more, we have an incentive to nag you into selling more, and that is how software starts working against the person paying for it. A flat fee keeps that clean.

What we will not do
